At Long Lake Assisted Living, we are dedicated to providing quality, affordable healthcare in a family oriented environment. We are an Assisted Living facility and not licensed in dementia care. We currently accept private pay as well as the following payment types:

• Elderly Waiver
• Housing Support (formerly GRH)
• Community Alternatives for Disabled Individuals
• Private Pay and MA Waivers accepted. EW-Elderly Waiver, GRH-Group Residential Housing, CADI-Community Alternatives for Disabled Individuals
